St. Clare of Assisi Women's Guild
- St. Clare of Assisi Women’s Guild formed August 11, 2004, coincidentally on the birthday of St. Clare of Assisi. The St. Francis Women's Guild sponsors an annual GALA event as a major fundraiser. All of the funds raised benefit the parish community's goal to continue to expand the church: "God's Miracle in the Desert."
  
  This ministry is opened to all women of the parish. Its purpose is to support, embrace and encourage the women of our parish through spiritual development and fellowship.
  Monthly meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month during the months of September through June.
  
  Mission Statement: To assist the Pastor in any activity for the church which he designates for the Guild.

- Glorious St. Clare of Assisi, we honor you for the unfailing faith that made you reject all earthly pleasures, and renounce all of your possessions. We honor you for your life of extreme poverty and austerity, and for your prayers and penance on behalf of your nuns and the town of Assisi.
  
  Grant us dear Lady, the same faith, humility, and charity, that you have shown toward God and your community. Amen.
